Can Monistat And Warfarin Be Taken Together?

I took difluxan last week for yeast infection and then took second one yesterday. Having terrible itching now. Never had it this badly. And not sure I can use Mobistar cream on the vulvar area because I m having surgery next Monday and will be on blood thinner. I heard there was contraindication with Monistat and warfarin?
