Can Meftal Forte And Levocetrizine Tablets Be Taken Together?
Hi Doctor, My name is Aman and currently i am suffering from Chickungunya. My doctor has advised me to take Meftal Forte ( Paracetamol 325 Mg + Mefanamic Acid 500 Mg) tablets along with Levocitrizine Tablets 5 Mg as i was experiencing rashes and swelling on my legs. Doctor is it advisable to take both the medicines together!! as i have feeling of drowsiness while taking these medicines. Please advice.

Yes, Meftal forte and Levocetrizine tablets can be taken together.
Since Levocetrizine can can cause drowsiness, sleepiness, impaired concentration so, it is better to take it in the evening. Avoid driving or working on machinery while on Levocetrizine.
