Can Lisinopril Causes Frequent Urination?

I have been having a problem with a leaky bladder.if I had a slight urge, I run for the toilet. My doctor is giving me the pills called Lisinopril. I have asthma and allergies- hives for example. I am concerned about the drug interaction ..Any suggestions?

Hi!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern!
Lisinopril is a drug used to treat hypertension and it doesn't cause frequent urination.
I don't think this symptom you are describing is due to Lisinopril or any drug interaction.
Frequent urination, urgency in urinating and maybe burning feeling during urination are symptoms of a urinary infection.
A urine test can confirm or exclude this diagnosis.
If I were your treating doctor I would ask you to do sugar blood test just in case to exclude Diabetes because it can cause frequent urination.

Hope I was able to help you.
Take care.
