Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
No, you should not worry because
There is no association between the use of LNG–EC pills and the risk of major congenital malformations, pregnancy complications or any other adverse pregnancy outcomes .
I would advise you to go for pelvic scan and must visit your gynaecologist.
-take folic acid daily in first 3months and take Iron and calcium supplements for rest of your duration.
-take your healthy and balanced diet.

Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
Regards
