Can Keraglo Be Used For Receding Hair Line And Hair Thinning?

Hi doctor!! I am suffering from hair loss from past 2 years.My main area of hair loss is on the top side ..my hairline is receding and mg hair have become thin.I am suffering from dandruff too.can you please suggest me if I can take keraglo men ?? If yes what else should I use with it ....I am more into ayurvedic medicines so I am afraid of using keraglo...a friend has suggested me the same..
