Can Implanon Cause Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge?

CAN THE IMPLANON CAUSE A SMELLY DISCHARGE WITH OR WITHOUT SEX I had my implanon on 4th December,2014 and since then i have been discharging a very smelly foul odour when having sex and even without sex.I have taken alot of antibiotics.It stops the discharge and the smell for just a week and the symptoms of that foul odour starts showing up again.I am very disturbed

This should not occur as a result of the contraceptive
It is possible that your partner needs to be treated.

If the infection is resolving with the antibiotics then recurring either it is not being appropriately treated or you are being re exposed.

A swab would determine the exact pathogen and the appropriate antibiotics to take.
If you are treated appropriately and still have a problem, your partner needs treatment.
