Get your Vitamin levels done in the blood , if they are low then you can take supplements after consulting your physician.
Being thin is not the criteria for taking any medicines , slimmer people are more active and energetic.
Hello sanu welcome to healthcare magic.if a person is taking good well balanced diet which includes green vegetables fresh fruits,nuts.fish chicken and adopting a exercise regimen for at least 45 minutes a day then u don't need a vitamin tablet.any further query is welcome.
