Hi,
Height of a person is genetically determined and there is a rough calculation of a person's height that can be done based on the mid-parental height although some variation may occur. Tablets are not supposed to alter the final height of an individual. Vitamin D is abundant in food therefore usually there is no need of Vitamin D supplementation in this age group unless there is a demonstrable deficiency. Adequate nutritious food should supply enough of Vitamin D to the body. Do not bother on the final height, it cannot be altered!
