Can I Take Mifegest Kit Pill To Abort A Possible Pregnancy?

i am 27 yrs old n i got engaged with my boy freind and we had unprotected sex before 2wks and also i missed my menses this month and i did HPT which is the first morning urine test . it showed positive with T region line faited and again i repeated the test this moring and the result was same as before so now i thought of taking mifegest kit pill so is it safe to take this pill .as i am so worry about my situation so please help me out with this and i need medical guidance . ......thank you

TAKING MIFEGEST pill without cosulting an gynaecologist is harmful.
some time abortion may be incomplete which need curettage.
chances of failure is always there.
so consult your gynaecologist before taking pill.
