Can I take honey for breathing problem as my sugar level is 105 ?

sir,my age is 27.Basically i am also tamilnadu.right now i am in muscat,3months ago l have sugar problem,afterwards i have taken some diet , Yoga ,exercise and sutable food.Now my sugar level is 105.But,soma time i am feeling some breathing problem.some body told me,take some honey it will cure.But i am really fear for taking honey.Now can i take honey or not.Kidly give me advise.My email-(

you have not mentioned your blood sugar,is of fasting or of after meal,of course as it is 105,you have not to worry,
you control your diet and do exercise daily.
use of honey to cure diabetes is humbug, it is nothing but natural sugar,if you are really diabetic,honey can increase your blood sugar,but as you are not diabetic you can take honey occasionally
for your breathing problem you consult your doctor. ,
