Can I Take Cytolog After Suffering A Spontaneous Abortion?
hi doctor i got spontanious abortion one week back and iam suffering with bleading and pain. my doctor is not telling anything about this and today she gave a cytolog tablets to remove pices that are there in uterus. my question is how to remove those pices and is there any cause in uterus

Retain product of conception is best diagnosed by USG so confirm it. It causes prolonged bleeding, abdominal pain, and chance of pelvic infection or vaginal infections.
It should be treated by cytotec (Misoprostol) or by surgical process like D&C. Cytolec should be taken under observation to prevent complications like excessive bleeding and incomplete removal. Post-treatment USG is required to confirm the removal. Advice after treatment is rest for 24-48 hours, maintain pelvic hygiene, analgesic, and antibiotics.
