Can I Take Clindamycin In Case Of Chills And Body Ache?

HI i am a little confused about whether to go to a doctor or not a few days ago I noticed 2 smaill cuts in my right hand it appears to look like a staple was pressed on to my skin, YESTERDAY I BEGAN FEELING WEAK AND noticed that there was a purple and red color the size of a half dollar on my hand where the skin wound was and my veins where swollen and I have chills and body aches today and had the flu shot 2 weeks ago. I DO GARDEN AND SPEND TIME OUTSIDE COULD THIS BE AN INSECT BITE? I have started to take left over clindamycin 150 mg capsules inhopes it may help...but um im not a doctor. help? And My period is late I am 2 weeks behind and I am always on time I am 37 very fit and recently divorced so my sex life has gone from 3 times a day to rarely never now is this why my menstrual cycle is late? We did use birth control could not having sex cause thhe delay and incredible bloating? I am usually a size 2 now Im a miserable puffy 4. Please excuse my forward manner in asking these two medical concerns but well this is anonymous and I would appreciate a direct answer. Thank you

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the wound that you have is not septic formation then no need to take any antibiotic you can have the antibiotic if you find some infection is there, otherwise the wound can be managed with local antibiotic ointment only, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
