1. getting lean itself is one cause of falling hair, so prior to this check with your health care provider regarding hemoglobin level or any associated illness.
2. because you are suffering from coryza (nazla) it is better that you postpone amla till you have recovered from your illness, although it is considered as the best immunomodulator due to its Vitamin C content, but because of its cold nature it will hamper the immune system to ward off against infection.

welcome to health care magic forum,

you can use aamla for your hair fall problem and also it will increase your immune system which may help you in preventing from some allergens.

But if you are really looking for a cure to your allergy problems than you should start Homeopathic treatment, as you have not mentioned anything about your allergy, we will not be able to give you any advice on that.

Hi Preet
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Thanks for your query
You are having allergy (nazla)
You can't take amla juice (swaras) . You can take amla in other form like churna 2 gram 2 times in a day.
Amla ras is sheet (cold) in nature. You can take aloe vera juice. For hair problem go for 'shirodhara' (panchkarma)
I hope this will help you a lot

Dear preet
going for increasing immunity of the body yes you can have both as aamla has five of the total six ras [ tastes ] in it and it is consisdered one of the best tonics. If you want to cure your nazla then there are better options just start with haridra in hot milk and you will feel the difference in short time. As far as weight loss and falling of hair is concerned get your thyroid profile also done.

Hi Preet ,
Welcome to healthcare magic!!

No they are not harmful, infact they will help you in long run . They have phytonutrients -antioxidants present in them , which is scientifically proven. Amla is rich source of vitamin C.
But avoid the allergens like dust mites, insects, fungi and animal dander, pollen or if you know the specific allergen avoid that one.
Also be sure to take pure and trusted source.Aloevera gel can also be applied externally on hairs and skin.
For hairs there is one more herb namely ' HIBISCUS' / japa pushp.
