Can I Take A Break In Taking Norethisterone?
Hi I am already taking Norethisterone for PMS in a 10 day on and 18 days off cycle but I have a special holiday coming up which is going to coincide with having my period. I am just finishing my period ie day 11 of the 18 days off N. Can I just delay starting N for a week which takes me to a few days before I leave and then continue to take it during the holiday (14 days in total)?

Your Norethisteone for PMS is settle with cycle.If you just postpone it to take for a week to facilitate your vacation you will disturb all your cycle.
As the surge of hormones that causes your PMS is released in cyclical fashion & thats why you are advised to take it from day 10 to day 18.
It is not advisable to disturb it.
