Hello and thanks for asking.
I have gone through your question.

I need to know your thyroid diagnosis to understand better your actual situation.

About Nutralite supplements,i want to say that these products may be beneficial but you don't need them if you have a healthy and well-balanced diet.

1. If you were my patient ,i will suggets you a healthy whole foods eating plan and not to take supplements.
Whole foods offer some benefits over dietary supplements.Whole foods are complex, containing a variety of the micronutrients your body needs — not just one like supplements.

2.Nutralite protein contain protein from soy and this can be a problem for your ongoing thyroid disease.
Soy is a goitrogen, a food that promotes an enlarged thyroid known as a goiter. In some patients, soy products can trigger or exacerbate thyroid disease. So,be careful!

Hope i have clarified your doubts.
If you have other questions, feel free and ask.I will be happy to help.
Thanks for using HCM.
Wish you good health.
