i last about a minute everytime and i dont have a partner anymore so can i still cure my premature ejaculation an how ?

I used to have the same problem, only I lasted less than a minute. I started to perform pc muscle exercises, and boy have I noticed a difference. Not only am I lasting longer, but I now ejaculate at 70 psi. Much of this is due to the fluttering kegel exercise which i can now perform for nearly 3 hours straight.
