I stopped using the nuva ring at the end of november, and was only on it for a month. My husband and I are trying to conceive and my blood pregnancy test last week was negative, but now I am almost a week late. I've also experienced breast tenderness, stomach tenderness, and lower back pain. What's going on?

Get a repeat test done. if it still comes neagative but you are still in doubt go for a transvaginal ultrasound and progesterone supliments to continue the preganancy when confrirmed by the scan.
