Can I Smoke Marijuana Before The Surgery?

I have surgery scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, I smoke marijuana quite regularly (and that's it, no cigarettes or other medication --and of course no other drugs), although I haven't since last night, will I be ok during my surgery? I am worried about discussing this with the anesthesiologist for fear of them cancelling my surgery and of course, the brow beating. From what I understand, I should only be under for about fifteen minutes (I am having a D&C and endometrial ablation). I am worried that I might not wake up. I did have a cone biopsy under general anesthesia a few months ago and was ok, I'm just a ball of antsy nerves tonight.

HI
Well come to HCM
You are thinking in wrong way if you are hiding this information from anesthetist so this would be even more danger than cancelling the surgery, if you are going to tell the truth then it would be best for you, if not then you are putting your self in danger then it would be your responsibility, hope this information helps, take care.
