Can I Masturbate Gently After Frenuloplasty?

hello, I had frenuloplasty last friday (4 days ago) It was not a 'big' op because a lot had already been 'ripped' when having sex. I have 3 stitches and the doc said it 'opened' another 8mm, but it was the most he could do.My question is: can i gently masturbate? If i don't feel any pain or anything.Because the urge i feel to masturbate is killing me Thank you!

Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

You have mentioned that you have had frenuloplasty just 4 days ago. In such a situation, it would be better to refrain from masturbation now.

Even if you don't have any pain right now, the healing process takes a few more days. If this is interfered with, it can cause complications like tearing, non-healing or sometimes even scarring.

Wish you all the best.
