Medicine to reduce weight is not a good idea/suggestion.It should always be avoided. As you have under gone C.section 6 months back & till now you are breast feeding the baby. You can start with morning or evening walk with some light exercise daily for half an can also do jogging for 15-20 minutes daily.Avoid fatty & high calorie feed.start top feed to your baby as your milk now cannot provide all necessary nutrients to baby.Disclaimer

General & Family Physician Dr. Mohammed Tauseef's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
Do not stop breast feeding your baby. First consult your Doctor and get yourself examined to rule out Hypothyroidism. You need a rigorous exercise regime for an hour daily. Which includes Cardio and brisk walking. You may also do skipping and join swimming classes. Let your diet contain Proteins, carbohydrates, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables along with daily physical activity. Do not cut down on any food. Have them in moderation until you are full. Do not overeat. Have breakfast like a King, lunch like a Prince and dinner like a Pauper. You can also have green tea which is known to reduce your cholesterol levels. This needs dedication but with right motivation you can lead a happy healthier life.
Good Luck and Take Care.
