Can I Impregnate My Wife With Following Semen Analysis?
i had been married since one year, and we are yet to concive, i consalted a lady gynacologist with my wife who asked me for my wife thyroid test and my semen anylisis test. doctor after seeing my wife report said that she is suffering from thyriod due to this her monthly periods are irr regular, and my semen anylisis report is as under, please doctor comment on my semen analysis report, please tell me if it is normol or i need any antiboitics,

total sperm count:17.6million/ml
motility:active:50%,sluggisg:20%,dead:30%

Normal leukocyte count value in semen is fewer than 1 per million/ml.
So you are suffering from infection in your genitourinary tract.
To identify the particular pathogen, you should go for culture analysis of your semen.
you should also take antibiotics like fluroquinolones, cefepime.
and repeat your semen report.
other sperm parameter is absolutely normal.
No problem in impregment from your side.
