Am 34years old Diagnosed with High blood Pressuer about 2 years now Lisnopril 10mg am and am diabetic (2) metformin daily. i have been married about one year and i weigh 2561bs can i still have a child

Being hypertensive, diabetic and overweight does not prevent you from fathering a child.
You need to get your self evaluated by an infertility specialist to rule out any other hormonal abnormality and for further proper treatment. Getting a semen examination done will be helpful.
