Can I Have Mirena Or Hysterectomy For Ademyosis With Bulky Uterus?
Dear Doctor,
I am 39 years old.I m 165 am in height and 66.5kgs in weight.I suffer from heavy period for the past 6 years and i have done D&C in 2009 and the endometrium biopsy report was normal. I was ok for 6 months and after the painful periods and prolonged period continued for me.When I did ultrasound abdomen last month.It was ademyosis with bulky uterus and I had my periods for 40 days and after having registrone tablet of about 40mg/day,my cycle stopped.Can I have Mirena or hysterectomy?

once u completed family u gone for hysterectomy becuase endometrosis chances of recurrence more once uterus removed u will not have above symptoms
