Can I have Met-Rx Pure Creatine Powder at the age of 16?

I have recently bought 'MET-Rx PURE CREATINE POWDER' to help me improve my endurance and muscle, and to my surprise it said, 'Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.' I am 16, turning 17 in 3 days and I am taking 'MAXIMUSCLE HIGH PROTEIN PROMAX EXTREME' which is a protein powder, containing creatine. I have had no adverse effects from 2weeks of taking the 'MAXIMUSCLE' and was wondering what harm could be caused by taking the 'PURE CREATINE POWDER'?

Dear Member
Welcome to Health Care magic

Usually these herbal medicines are digested. You can continue these. If you have curiosity of finding any thing abnormal, get these labs:BUN/Creatinine.
