Hello Ms. Sharma,
Diabetes can run hand in hand with PCOD as there is insulin resistance. Metformin is the drug of choice as it caters to both needs, controlling the insulin resistance and maintenance of normal blood glucose levels as well as induction of spontaneous ovulation. The cost of IVF can vary from a minimum of 9-10 lakh rupees based on the center, drugs needed to be used and procedures undergone and the number of efforts needed. Please maintain a healthy weight, regular exercise and a regular diet. Hope this helps.
