Can I do exercises as I am planning to conceive ?

Hi, I am almost 30 and planning my first child. Is it ok if I continued to exercise? Will it cause any problem or delay in getting pregnant?

Hi welcome to healthcare magic

your age is good for first child.. But after you conceive you need to stop exercise for initial first 3 months, because it can lead to miscarriage.. exercise will not delay the pregnancy..
