Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, any history of diabetes or hypertension or heart disease?

Hypercholesterolemia (increased cholesterol level) & Hypertriglyceridemia (increased triglycerides) are associated with high risk of getting the heart disease like angina, heart attack or stroke or pancreatitis.

So, their levels should be maintained within the normal range by using suitable drugs like Rosuvastatin & Fenofibrate.

Rosuvastatin decreases the high Cholesterol level whereas Fenofibrate is useful in reducing high Triglycerides.

Since both the lipids are not good lipids hence you are advised to continue to take Rosuva-F.

Along with medications, you are encouraged to do regular exercise, avoid fatty meals, eat home cooked food, take lot of fruits, etc.

Hope the suggestion given above could be useful/.

A feed back is appreciated.
