Can I Conceive If I Have Two Medium Size Fibroids?

I'm trying to conceive with two medium size fibroids. Had tender and painful breasts about two weeks before menses was due. Period was due on 5th August, but started spotting from 6th August. No more tender and painful nipples, drop in temperature, spotting after wiping.

Fibroids situation matters pregnancy if fibroids inside the uterus if it's inside you have to remove it laparoscopically.
