s it okay to brush your teeth and taking a bath during chickenpox? my cousin is 10 years old and she got chickenpox. someone told that she shouldnt take bath in chickenpox.is it okay to brush your teeth and taking a bath during chickenpox?and what should be the diet ?

Yes, it is certainly ok to perform normal daily hygiene habits if infected with chicken pox.
The presence of this infection does not affect this.

In addition, there is no dietary change unless she has lesions in her mouth and is not able to tolerate hard or hot foods.
In that case, she should be given cool or cold soft foods.
