me: i m having Siphene. i m using tablets for Siphene from 1 yr. now my periods are getting regularly. i go for follicular study. and on 8th day of follicular study IN RIGHT OVARY: follicle measures: no dominant folicle IN LEFT OVARY: largest follicle measures 18.6*14.3mm and endometrial thickness is 7.2mm. on 10th day RIGHT OVARY: follicle measures: no dominant folicle LEFT OVARY: follicle is 19*15mm endometrial thickness is 7.5mm. on 11th day RIGHT OVARY: L.F is a)19*18mm b)15*16 LEFT OVARY: L.F is 20*16 mm . 2 largest follicles are noted in left ovary. endometrial thickness is 8mm on12th day RIGHT OVARY: L.F is 28*26mm b)19*18 LEFT OVARY: L.F is 24*22mm endometrial thickness is 9mm. on13th day RIGHT OVARY: L.F is 27*25mm b)19*17 LEFT OVARY: L.F is 23*21mm and endometrial thickness is 11mm. what shud i do now? can i be pregnant? is there any time remain to rupture? pls suggest me as early as possible.
Hi, thanks for writing. I understand your concern.. There is 3 dominant follicle in both the ovaries, which is likely to ovulate at any time.. Get an inj hcg for the ovulation to occur. Ovulation occurs in 36 hrs which is detected by reduction in size of the fluid and free fluid in the pouch of douglas. Intercourse in and around this time helps to achieve pregnancy. Also IUI can be done which increases the chances of pregnancy. Hope I have answered your queries.. Good day..
