OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. PCOD is a hormonal disorder which is associated with irregular or no ovulation at all, and hence difficulty in conception.Follicle size of 4 mm is very small and is unlikely to convert into a dominant follicle.
You can consult an OBGYN specialist and take ovulation induction drugs to induce ovulation and hence increase the chances of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
