Hello there..
welcome to healthcare magic forum..
Pregnancy can be detected by Urine pregnancy test, Ultrasound or by certain changes seen in your vagina and cervix. Did you miss your period??and are you planning to conceive??Please get a urine pregnancy test done. This will help you to confirm whether you are pregnant or not..
Hope this helps.
take care..
