Can I Be Off Nuvaring And Put It Back Again After 2 Months ?

I have been on the NuvaRing for at least two years. I ve decided to get off for a month or two and just worried a little bit. I m not trying to have a baby and will not be ready for at least another year. Is it ok to just be off and go back to it later in a month or so. I just want to give my body a break since I ve been on BC for at least 6 years..

It's okay , but you should be cautious or can take an EC pill for unprotected intercourse.
