my mother have skin itching problem from 12 yrs. she took treatments but now medicines effct for few days.while itching she bleeds.(aman).her age is 40,5.6inch tall,weigh 67kg,taking cetrizen but taken some ayurvedic treatments released problem for limited weeks.cuts & rashes like mosquitos bite occur while itching

it looks allergic skin diseases. your mothers case can be well handled with ayurveda. though she got intermittent relief with proper diagnosis and medication she can be cured completely with ayurvedic medicine. also take care of your diet. diet is not for the medication but for the disease. you can observe for yourself, the food which aggrevates the condition and avoid it.

She should stop taking that medicine immediately. Does she have any health problem like gall stones. This can cause terrible itching all over body. She can apply antibiotic ointment on the regions where scratching has taken place. Avoid taking medication which is not understood on it's mechanism of action is because they can be very dangerous and will be difficult to treat if poisoning happens by them. Cetrizine can relieve itching but better to find the problem and treat. Consult with a Dermatologist for getting her investigated and treated. Common causes are drugs, gall stones, psychiatric disease, psoriasis, allergic dermatitis.
