The report shows color, reaction, viscosity , liquefaction time and count are normal. But abnormal form is increased than normal. Motility is normal (normal >5o% are active and sluggish motile. RBC
are increased and pus cell are also increased. Bacteria are few.
So, you have to take antibiotic for presence of pus cells and for abnormal form you have to do seamen analysis using special stain for abnormal forms.
