General & Family Physician Dr. Sapan J. Pandya's  Response
You may use MELACURE for lightening dark spots on your skin. It can be applied at night after washing your face or any part where there dark spots.
Sunscreens have to be applied at least half an hour before moving out in sun light. Most of the commerically available sun screens work for 3-4 hours. So re-apply sun screeens again after 3-4 hours.
