Can I Aloe Vera Juice During Pregnancy?

So I drank a lot of Aloe Vera Juice before I was pregnant because of the health benefits, and now I m 17 weeks pregnant and drank quite a bit of it this morning. then I read that it is unsafe during pregnancy , causing uterine contractions and possible miscarriage! I am so nervous and worried! If anyone knows if that is a myth, or true, please let me know! Thanks so much

hiiii,
Welcome to health care magic.
Basically aloe vera juice is used for treating GI problems along with type2 DM.
Unprocessed juice has some side effects and it should be avoided during pregnancy as it may cause uterine contraction, preterm labor and miscarriage.
So better to stop drink aloe vera juice and take normal diet only.
Don't be much worried. If you face much problem, consult with your gynecologist.
All the best.

Thank you sooo much. Hopefully it is nothing to be worried about and I DEFINATELY will not be drinking it again... one more question, do you know what signs I would have if I did happen to have a side effect from it. As you can tell this is my first pregnancy and I'm really paranoid..
