Hello
I will try to try at the end of this report:
Although HIV can be isolated typically in low titers from SALIVA of a small proportion of INFECTED (HIV ) individuals , there is NO CONVINCING EVIDENCE that saliva can transmit HIV infection, either through kissing ( even deep ) or other exposure through mouth.
Saliva contains endogenous
antiviral factors ;among these factors HIV-specific
immunoglobulins of IgA ,
IgG and IgM isotype are detected readily in salivary secretions of INFECTED individuals .
You were also having bleeding from your gums , so this is not a cause of concern .
Even if she was HIV infected ,there is no chance of getting HIV infection by you with this way , so need not to worry.
I don't recommend you for any HIV confirmation test .
But if you are in great
stress then I recommend you please get in rapid P 24 nucleic acid amplification test ( PCR
RNA) .
You can get this test after 2 weeks of initial contract with that female .
Good luck.
