Hello! Thank you for writing. I understand your concern. Unfortunatelly I don't recommend you to use hcg drops. In fact, the Food and Drug Administration has advised consumers to steer clear of over-the-counter weight-loss products that contain HCG. HCG is human chorionic gonadotropin, a hormone produced during pregnancy. As a prescription medication, HCG is used mainly to treat fertility issues. HCG is not approved for over-the-counter use, nor has it been proved to work for weight loss. Companies that sell over-the-counter HCG weight-loss products are breaking the law.
Side effects have also been reported with the HCG diet and include fatigue, irritability, restlessness, depression, fluid buildup (edema), and swelling of the breasts in boys and men (gynecomastia). Another serious concern is the risk of blood clots forming and blocking blood vessels (thromboembolism).
So I recommend you to lose weight in a healthy way. If I have some details of you for excample: weight, age, height and your health status I can give a more personalised programm, although I'm giving you some general tips.
First of all the best choice is the combination of a healthy diet+ exercise. If you don't have other issue problems you can exercise daily about one hour per day, you can go swimming, jogging, martial arts classes, dancing, going ti the gym, etc , whatever you enjoy most.
An idea for a healthy breakfast from 150 kcal until 250 kcal
One slice of integral bread 40 gram is about 90-100 kcal max
A little bit of avocado, or olive pate or cheese cream or peanut butter or gongorzola or tahin is about 20-40 kcal
Pomodorini, rucola, spinach, is about 10-15 kcal
Strawberries or 1/4 banane 20-30 kcal
Some combinations: 1 a slice of bread with cottage cheese and 1/4avocado 170 kcal
2.A slice of bread with avocado and tomatoe 160 kcal
3. A slice if bread with egg and cottage cheese 190 kcal
4. A slice of bread with tahini and 2 strawberries 150 kcal
5. A slice of bread with peanut butter and 1/4 banane 160 kcal
Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. You can eat a high protein diet if you dont suffer from any other disease, especially kidney disease. If so better visit a nutritionist. I only gave you an excample of eating healthy if you dont suffer from any other disease. Drink plenty of water.
Best regards.
