Can HCG Diet Cause Sugar Level To Increase And Pancreas To Fail?

I m asking a question for a family member. 13 years ago she had a kidney and pancreas transplnt due to type 1 diabetes. The first week of November she started the hcg drops for weight loss. Started not feeling well about a week ago. Yesterday she was admitted in the hospital with a sugar level of 840. It is now down but her pancreas is failing and she is now diabetic again. Do you know if the hcg diet may have had anything to do with this?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the hcg diet that causing the symptoms but it could be the diabetic it self can cause the number of symptoms if not being controlled on tight rule basis other etiology would be matter of concern too, or the differential diagnosis has to be taken into consideration, else it is not the hcg hope this information helps.
