Hi there,
From your sugar levels it appears that you are doing good with the prescribed medication. However it would have helped to know your age. Also Glimisave M1 has two medicines combined into one. From the way your medicine has been changed it appears to be right way to go. However once in 6 months or 1 year do get your Kidney functions tested just to be on the safer side. Continue checking your sugars and follow up with your physician as advised. Also keep check on your diet and exercise.
Take care
