Can Gestone Stop Menstrual Bleeding?

Hi Dr,I had my IVF done on 18th march and my pregnancy test came positive but my blood report had beta hcg of 31.6 value on day 9 after embryo transfer but I had mild bleeding after the test. My doctor advised gemstone injection. I had a dark blood clot with mucus in the night but my bleeding stopped by the morning. I want to know if gestone can stop menstrual period if I had a failed cycle r is it that I still have chance to be pregnant.

I understand your concern
Gestone is a hormonal preparation, which supports pregnancy.
Your pregnancy test is +ve , Blood HCG is also a positive finding. The bleeding you had is also controlled . So you do have chance to continue the pregnancy.
Follow doctor's instructions strictly. take rest & be positive.
