Can Gas-X Ultra Softgels Be Given For Intestinal Gas In A Child?
Can I give my daughter, who is 10years old and weighs 75lbs. a 125mg gas x softgel? She has had horrible gas for the past few stays and it smells like rotten eggs. She also usually passes at least one bowel movement everyday and hasn t went today. Thanks in advance.

Gas could be due to gastric dilatation, indigestion.
If associate with pain then intestinal obstruction should be rule out by consulting paediatric.USG ,X-RAY will help in rule out obstruction.
You can give gas x ultra soft gel
It help in faster relief.
Give soft diet, lots of yogurt and butter milk
