Can Gabapentin Be Taken In Place Of Lyrica?

I am taking lyrica for sciatica from a pinched nerve I took the last one at 12:00 last night. I couldn t get it refilled today and they won t be able to get it till tomorrow. Can I take gabapentin until I get my refill tomorrow. I am in pain and need to take something strong enough If I can how would I reincorporate the lyrica tomorrow YYYY@YYYY

I understand your concern. Yes, you can use Gabapentin instead of Lyrica as these two drugs are in the same family.
Gabapentin works on nerve pain so it is appropriate for use in sciatic pain.
