Can Flutivate Be Used To Remove Acne Marks On Face?
Hi day before yesterday i bleach on my face and wash face by warm water ,due to this redness occur on my face. I used flutivate cream on that area. Is flutivate reduce redness without any pigmentation . I also used flutivate on dark spots and acne marks ,is flutivate can remove the acne marks and patches.

The redness that you notice after bleach is probably due to irritation to bleach i.e Irritant contact Dermatitis.
The cream that you have been using contains a moderately potent topical steroid, fluticasone propionate 0.05%. You may use this cream at the area of Irritant contact dermatitis resulting from bleach, for 3-5 days and it should get Ok with it.
However, this topical steroid Or for that matter any topical steroid, should never be used for acne marks and spots. Regular use of topical steroids can rather cause more acne and acne marks.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a product containing ingredients like kojic acid, hydroquinone, azaleic acid etc for acne marks and spots.
These are prescription products and therefore I suggest you to talk with your dermatologist for the needful.
You may also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from your dermatologist for acne marks and spots. Glycolic acid chemical peeling being particularly suitable for these.
