I have been feeling nauseated for quite some time now, sometimes it has a metallic test in my saliva. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since 1997. I have migraine headaches along with shoulder and sever neck pain and lately I have dealing with sever fatigue, body aches and pains.

Dear sir/mam,
Fibromyalgia has no connection with the symptoms that you are having. The most probable cause for the symptom you are having is a side effect of one of the drugs that you are taking for your underlying conditions. I would suggest you review with the general physician with all the drugs that you are taking. Hope this has helped you.
