Can Famotidine And Omeprazole Be Taken Together?
40mg. of famotidine to be taken at night has been prescribed for severe indigestion. Similarly, 40mg. omeprazlso, ole to be taken in the morning has been prescribed for the same condition. What is the maximum dose for each medication? Also, can they be taken on the same day or only one of the pills per day. YYYY@YYYY Thank you for your assistance.

It seems to me that your concern is dosage and interaction of the two medication.
Normal dosage of Omprrazole is 20-40mg per day empty stomach.
And fomatidene is 20mg per day any time best to take during bed time post dinner. In case of severe gastric or destination ulcer it can be modified upto 40or 60mg.
There is clinically no integration between two drugs and are even more beneficial to each other.
