Can Ecosprin 75 AV Be Taken Instead Of Eco 150?

After my AVR operation in 2012 in India, doctors prescribed Ecospirin 150 and other tabl. Now Eco 150stock has exhausted and have Ecosprin 75 AV. Can I take Eco 75 AV instead of Eco 75 AV( 1 or 2 tab. per day) ? Pl advise. Girja Shanker YYYY@YYYY
