Can Domstal Be Taken For Vomiting?

My baby is one and half year old since last evening he throwing out what ever he is Having. He had fever at night had given him paracetamol drops I have kept him on fruits electrolyte water and breast feed. But still he is crying not sure what to do. Please guide me can I use domstall to stop vomiting he might be having little discomfort in his stomach

You can give him Domstal syrup for vomiting.
Give her antispasmodic drops like Colicaid or colicarmin drops as well.
Ok and take care.
