Can Dizitac Be Taken For Tinnitus?

Hi I am ratna.my age is54 years,since last January I am suffering from tinnitus and not getting cured by any allopathic or homeopathic medicine it is very iiritating.recently a doctor has given me dizitac is it the right medicine I am a patient of high BP and thyroid. I take telista H and thyrox 50.

Hi Ratna,
Yes, you can take digital (cinnarazine) for your tinnitus problems. This medication is indicated to reduce such symptoms. You can also take it with the other medications that you are on without any problem.
I would recommend you to follow allopathic medication properly, have regular blood pressure measurements, thyroid check-ups. Having a good control of your blood pressure will help in reducing the symptoms of tinnitus.
I would not suggest homeopathic medications for any of my patients as the whole science is not based on any evidence based medicine.
